HEALTH INFORMATION
As a healthcare provider, The Movement Clinic maintains a full Notice of Privacy Practices describing how we handle protected health information under HIPAA. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) PRIVACY
The Movement Clinic collects your phone number and message content when you opt in to receive text messages from us, in order to provide appointment reminders and related scheduling communications.

We will not share your opt-in to our SMS program, or your consent status, with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the texting service you signed up for.
We may share your information with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, such as our phone/texting platform provider and mobile carriers, solely for the purpose of delivering your messages. We do not sell your phone number or text message content, and we do not use it for marketing by outside companies.
Text messaging is not a fully secure communication channel. Please avoid sending sensitive medical details by text; use phone or our patient portal for anything you'd prefer kept off SMS.

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes related to learning about or scheduling our services. Our cancellation policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 fee.
