Every new patient at the Movement Clinic starts with a full-body Movement Assessment--because before we treat anything, we want to understand why you're hurting and what's keeping you from playing your best round or finishing your next run.
Here's what your first visit looks like.

Head to our booking site and pick a time that works for you. You'll add your information and a credit card to hold the spot. Using insurance? Snap a photo of your card during your onboarding. No sure if we take yours? Check out our Ways to Pay page--and if we're not in your network, we'll help you understand your options.

Get Ready Before you Arrive
After you book, we'll email you new patient forms. Filling these out ahead of time means more minutes with your provider and fewer in the waiting room. Our team will also send you a cost estimate before your visit, so there are no surprises. Wear clothes you can move in--we're going to ask you to move.

Come in for your Movement Assessment
This is where we're different. Your first visit is built around our signature Movement Assessment-- a full-body evaluation that identifies the specific physical limitation driving your pain or holding back your performance.
Most first visits include hands-on treatment, too: chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue work, and a few therapeutic exercises you can do at home. Videos of your home exercises get loaded into your online patient portal for convenient home access.

Q: Do you take my insurance?
A: We work with several major plans. See our Ways to Pay page for the current list, or call us at (509) 290-6406 if you're not sure.
Q: What if you don't take my insurance?
A: No problem. We offer transparent cash pricing and provide cost estimates before your first visit.
Q: How many visits will I need?
A: If depends on what we find during your assessment. Most patients see measurable changes within the first 6 visits. We'll give you a clear plan after your first appointment.
Q: Can I just get adjusted or get a massage without the assessment?
A: The Movement Assessment is how we make sure you get results. It's required for new chiropractic patients, but not for massage only visits.
