My back was killing me everytime I golfed. I knew my tight hips were part of the problem, but I didn't know how to make it better. The Movement Clinic got me put back together and golfing again!

I tried all the stretches for my shin splints, but nothing seem to work. The Movement Assessment taught me that part of my problem was my locked up ankle. Now I am back to running!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What is a Movement Assessment?
A: The Movement Assessment is the preferred starting point for every patient at our Spokane Clinic. It's comprehensive 30-minute evaluation that looks at how your whole body moves--not just where it hurts--to find the root cause of your pain or performance limitation. You'll leave your first visit with a clear understanding of what going on and a personalized care plan, plus initial treatment when appropriate. No referral is needed.
Q: Do I need a referral to be seen?
A: You do not need a referral to book with one of our sports chiropractors. If you would like to be seen by one of our sports massage therapists and are planning on using your health insurance to help cover the cost, then you will need a note from a referring provider about the conditions they need to treat (diagnosis). Just schedule online or give us a call to get started.
Q: What conditions do you treat?
A: We specialize in helping golfers, runners, and active individuals recover from strains, sprains and movement-related injuries. Common conditions we treat include golf-related low back, shoulder, elbow, wrist and knee pain, along with running injuries like hip pain, IT band syndrome, runner's knee, and plantar fasciitis. We also work with active individuals dealing with persistent stiffness, recurring injuries, or performance limitations they cannot pinpoint.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We accept several major insurance plans for chiropractic care, and we offer self-pay options that often provide more flexibility to your care plan. Visit our Ways to Pay page for a current list. You can also schedule an appointment and include your insurance details during the onboarding process and our team will work to get you a cost estimate before your appointment.
Q: How long does it take to feel better?
A: Most patients notice meaningful improvements within the first 6 visits of care. More involved cases--chronic injuries, performance plateaus, or complex movement issues--can take several months to resolve. Your care plan timeline is shaped by what we find during your first Movement Assessment and periodic reassessments performed throughout your care plan.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We're located in Spokane's Kendall Yards neighborhood at 546 North Jefferson Lane in Suite 303. We share a parking lot with My Fresh Basket and have free 90 minute parking available with good access to and from the freeway.
