Can I book a Saturday appointment with a chiropractor or massage therapist in Spokane?

At this time, we do not have chiropractic or massage appointments available on Saturdays at our Spokane clinic.

You can view our current availability and book your appointment online at any time through our website or Google profile.

Are you accepting new chiropractic and massage patients in Spokane?

Yes, we are currently accepting new chiropractic and massage patients at our Spokane location..

New patients can easily schedule online by selecting the service that best fits their needs.

Do you accept insurance for chiropractic care and massage therapy?

Our chiropractors and massage therapists are contracted with most major medical insurance plans. We also accept third-party motor vehicle (auto accident) insurance and workers’ compensation plans for both chiropractic care and massage therapy.

A complete list of the insurance plans we work with is available on our website under Ways to Pay.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor or massage therapist in Spokane?

In most cases, a referral is not required to see one of our Spokane chiropractors.

A referral is only required if you are receiving chiropractic care through the VA Hospital’s Community Care Program.

For massage therapy, most insurance plans require a diagnosis. Our Spokane massage therapists must have a referral or note from a licensed provider outlining the condition being treated. If you do not already have one, one of our chiropractors can evaluate you and provide the necessary referral prior to your massage appointment.

Can I schedule chiropractic or massage services in Spokane without insurance?

Yes. You can receive chiropractic care and massage therapy in Spokane even if you do not have insurance or choose not to use it.

We also offer a Recovery Club, which provides time-of-service discounts for both chiropractic and massage care.

How far out are your chiropractic and massage providers booking?

Chiropractic appointments are typically available within 3-5 days, depending on your availability.

Massage therapy appointments are usually booking 3-4 weeks out.

You can check real-time availability and book online to secure the earliest opening.

Do you accept walk-ins for chiropractic and massage appointments in Spokane?

I'm nervous about chiropractic care. What should I expect?

At The Movement Clinic, every visit begins with a comprehensive movement assessment and a discussion of your goals before any care is provided. Based on your needs and comfort level, treatment may include:

  • Chiropractic adjustments, including low-force techniques using an activator

  • Soft-tissue therapies such as pin and stretch, Graston, and cupping (myofascial decompression)

  • Therapeutic exercise and movement-based rehabilitation

  • Coordinated care with our massage therapists when appropriate

Your chiropractor will always explain the treatment plan before care begins. If you’re uncomfortable with any aspect of chiropractic treatment, we welcome that feedback and will tailor care to meet you where you are.

I notice your chiropractors do therapeutic exercises with their adjustments. Can I just be adjusted?

Unfortunately, our chiropractors are not set up for adjustment-only appointments. Our mission as a clinic is to reduce pain and maximize performance. Through experience, we’ve found that providing adjustments alone limits our ability to help many patients reach their goals.

By combining chiropractic care with movement-based therapies, we’re able to create longer-lasting results and address the underlying factors contributing to pain or dysfunction—not just the symptoms.
